PULEVA GIVES ITS INTERNET
PRESENCE A MAKEOVER
The new website
www.puleva.es,
which inaugurates a new design and more intuitive structure for the
user, provides detailed information about the wide range of products
supplied by the company, the scientific studies that support their
properties, as well as providing health advice to help improve the
quality of life of people of all ages.
Madrid,
23rd of June, 2008. PULEVA
launches its new corporate website
www.puleva.es,
with a modern design, very intuitive structure and fuller contents, in
order to satisfy the information requirements of its users and to
facilitate navigation.
The new website is structured into seven large areas: company,
products, health and nutrition, innovation, games and promotions, press
room and contact.
In each of these sections users will find details on the company and
exhaustive information about the wide range of products currently on
the market, providing details of their composition, scientific studies
that support their properties and relevant links with which to complete
the information.
Direct access is also facilitated to the PULEVA website aimed at the
little ones (
www.zonamaxi.com),
and its award-winning health and nutrition portal (
www.pulevasalud.com)
and also to its research, development and innovation (
R+D)
biotechnology company (www.pulevabiotech.es).
Other content available on the website are health advice for improving
quality of life, PULEVA adverts, an events agenda and current
promotions.
A
more accessible website
The
new website was developed following the accessibility
and
usability
recommendations of the World
Wide Web Consortium (W3C), in
order to ensure the user may navigate and access the content simply and
conveniently. In fact, www.puleva.es
has attained the maximum
level of accessibility (AAA),
according to the WAT (Web Accessibility Test, financed by the Ministry
of Industry, Tourism and Commerce), which adheres to W3C standards.
A multidisciplinary team from PULEVA
participated in its conception and design, made up of experts in
communication, marketing and new technologies, in collaboration with
Netthink (the Carat España interactive advertising agency),
and with experts in Internet usability and accessibility from the
University of Granada.
PULEVA has been on the Internet for more than 10 years now, during
which time it has positioned itself as a benchmark within the dairy
sector on the Net, with projects of recognised utility to
the consumer, such as PULEVA Health (www.pulevasalud.com),
leading health and nutrition portal in Spain, which has more than
500.000 visits each month and has received a number of awards.
