is
natural milk
which has been subjected to a thermal process called "pasteurisation"
which guarantees the destruction of all pathogen micro-organisms, in
other words, all those that could provoke the appearance of any illness.
Pasteurisation, being a thermal treatment at relatively low
temperatures, guarantees the preservation of the flavour and the
nutritional properties of FRESH milk.
As it is a FRESH product, it must be always kept refrigerated,
from the moment of its packaging, at a temperature below 6º,
but without freezing it. It should be consumed within 7 days.
