PULEVA full fat is natural milk which has been subjected to a thermal process called ULTRA-HIGH TEMPERATURE PROCESSING which uses very high temperatures (150º) during very short times (4 seconds), thereby ensuring the destruction of all micro-organisms, but retaining the purity intact.

Due to its high nutritional and energetic value it constitutes a complete food product, providing Proteins, Lactose (sugar contained in milk), Fat, Calcium, Phosphorous and various Vitamins.

The UHT milk aseptic container guarantees the lengthy preservation of the product, even when kept at room temperature.  However, once the container has been opened, it must be kept in the fridge, and consumed within 2-3 days.
